Why needs the powder shaking and oven baking?

DTF is to print the design on the film first, then coat the design with a special adhesive melt powder by using shaking and oven baking, Which means after shaking the powders, use the oven to cure the design on the film. After that, we are able to make a transfer using the heat press. Besides, it also can enhance the washability of the design.

In an oven, the hot air flows by natural or forced convection while heat is distributed from the heating element by radiation. During baking process, heat is also transfer by conduction from the baking metal container to the baked product.
